Our story began in 2019, during one of the most competitive housing markets in recent memory. Like many buyers at the time, finding a home that checked every box—and fit within our budget—was nearly impossible. The homes we could find were often distressed, outdated, and in need of significant work.

Rather than seeing those homes as a problem, we began seeing them as an opportunity.

What started as a necessity became a passion. We discovered how rewarding it was to take a home that had been overlooked and transform it into something beautiful, functional, and valuable. Over the years, that passion led to multiple full-home renovations and countless projects, each one teaching us something new about design, construction, problem-solving, and—most importantly—the people who call these spaces home.

Along the way, we built relationships with a trusted team of skilled tradesmen and professionals who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship and doing things the right way.

Today, that experience has evolved into something more.

We created Next Chapter Home Consulting & Design to help homeowners navigate their own renovation journeys with the knowledge, experience, and guidance we’ve gained along the way.
